Disagreeing with Tom McDonald fake woke

The song is intriguing; Tom mentioned many facts which one should pay attention to. It can be viewed base on your mind, like tom say there’s a different between hate speech and the speech that you hate.

However I highly disagree with Tom on 1 thing and that’s that black life matter was the dumbest thing. I would like to say Before you decided to click off, at least hear me out.

Many got the notion that black life matter directly focuses on the fact that only black life’s matter, which is far from the case. We all know ALL LIFE’s MATTER, all life is equally valuable. The difference comes in our history. The history in which black people were and to an extent is treated today.

The black life matter was necessary, what was not necessary was the violence that erupted from the black life’s matter movement and if tom had mentioned that, I would’ve agreed with him 100%. However he generalizes the entire movement. I don’t know how someone that’s not black would read this and try to understand my view point if they had a latter view on the subject matter before or anyone that agreed with Tom.

The negatives that shouldn’t have transpired from the movement clearly would be the riots and looting. To know that if I had a business either struggling or striving and then seeing it being destroyed, without the ability to do anything. That alone is devastating, knowing that your blood, sweat and tears went into that business. The other negative would be the call to debunk the police; the better alternative is police reform in my opinion.

In this regards I believe the movement lacked leadership because there were all sort of person claiming their actions to be supporting the movement. Clearly Martin Luther king was the leader of his movement, that’s why we associate him to being a Great. The different social media figures, celebrities etc. spoke on the movement calling out for actions to be made but when things went south, most didn’t mention a word. I cannot say they’re responsible for calling out every issue but if you are going to support a movement like this, I would say it’s your duty to speak out on the negative so that the movement wouldn’t lose it TRUE NATURE.

There is some benefit that came out of the movement such as supporting black business. In a country like America, a capitalist nation, that’s very important. That’s powerful in every right and persons became or develop the entrepreneurial spirit. The movement helped open up some person eyes on the paving your own path, if the system doesn’t work for you then lift those boundaries and create your own system. You catch the drift. The movement was supposed to highlight more about black love, as black people you should learn to love yourself more and hold yourself as royalty. The movement was to focus more on changing and developing our minds to create new opportunities for ourselves with the hope that we wouldn’t have a saying where once you move out of the hood, don’t look back. The hope lies in everyone from the hood realizing that we need to make our community better. We have infinite potential, someone right here can be the next Dentist, Scientist, President ETC. THE movement true Nature is US AS BLACK PEOPLE LIFTING EACH OTHER UP. This is a stepping zone to reaching equity in the world.

So the movement didn’t necessarily go as I envision but it already happen and I am glad it did but it would’ve been 10times better without the violence. Ohh the other 99 things that were mention in Tom McDonald fake woke, I would say are true, for the things I have knowledge on not for the things I don’t such as rappers promoting xanan, I have no knowledge on that, so I wouldn’t mention it but educate myself on it so I can put myself in a position to formulate an opinion.

1 last thing if you’re interested, an amazon link below is for a book call think again by adam grant-taking a step back to reevaluate different opinions. *-*
